Dexter is a typical playful puppy that got a second chance.  He was dumped in a scary apartment complex along with his brother but sadly his brother disappeared and was never found.  Dexter is about 9-10 weeks old.  He is a Black Lab mix and has all of his initial vetting and microchip done.
