My name is Jillian and I am an adorable Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix.  That makes me the smartest dog in the world.  I am 3 years old and found myself stuck in a loud scary shelter that just smelled of death.  I am one of the lucky ones for sure.  There was a time not long ago that I though the end was near for me.  I am pretty calm and my foster family says I am super sweet.  I am just learning my basic manners, and a few tricks but that comes easy for a smartie pants like me.  I crate with no problems and walk really nicely on leash.  I am dog friendly but not sure about those furry things that meow as I have not met one lately.  If you are looking for a seriously smart, loyal best friend that is a medium size dog I may be your girl.  

PS.  I love to take long walks on the beach, hiking and spending quiet evenings home watching a good movie.
