Murphy here.  I found myself in a bad situation.  You see I got lost from my owner and was stray on the dangerous streets of a deep South border town.  I ran into some bad people that shot my in the shoulder but thankfully it missed my vital organs and just fractured my shoulder.  I was found by a good Samaritan that took me into the emergency room.  They really looked after me and got me all fixed up.  The nice people did not want me going to that horrible shelter so called to see if rescue would take me in and help me find a furever loving home.  So, here I am safe with Allie's Haven Animal Rescue.  I am on the mend but still need to get through my heart worm treatment.  I will always have a limp and they say surgery is not going to help me much.  

My foster mom says I am pretty chill guy that does like to play with the ball but also love to cuddle up to my people.  I am an older gentlemen so prefer the calmer times in life.  I am good with other dogs and people of all sizes even those little ones.  Not sure about cats as I have not seen any around here.  My foster mom says I am super affectionate all of the time and really love to go for rides in the car.  If your looking for an older gentlemen that still has some spunk I may be your guy.
