Hi humans!!! My name is Java, and not to brag on myself but I have a huge heart and I am the sweetest chocolate girl you will ever meet. 

I had a really rough life up until Allie's Haven LITERALLY saved my life!! I was dropped into a loud and dirty shelter. I was on the schedule to be put down, because of the bad shape I was in. I was very sick, you could see all of my ribs, I barely had any hair, and I had really bad skin and was so horribly itchy. I was neglected, and nobody would love me.  I'm off of all of my meds, and have recovered perfectly!! I'm ready to find somebody that I can love for the rest of my life. I've never met a stranger, and I love everybody instantly. 

 

I am completely house broken, and I know how to sit, stay, and come. My foster human says I was bad walking on the leash thing, so she sent me to a special training school and I’m much much better now.

 

I am very food motivated, and will do anything for a yummy treat!! I don't mind the metal thing I have to go in when my foster human leaves for work, but sometimes I bark when I get put in it. I don't like sleeping in it at night though. I love sleeping in my dog bed that's next to my foster human's bed. It's so comfy I'll stay there all night!!!

I live in a foster house right now with my foster human, and she has some other 4 legged friends that look like me that live here, we all get along.   I like playing fetch, but I prefer chew toys. 

I'm not a fan of those cat things, so I don't need a home with one of those. 

 

I don’t like to meet other dogs in public. I do really well at home, but if you want a dog that is going to go to the doggie park, I’m not your girl. I’m really happy staying at home with my doggie friends and humans and playing it just hanging out there. I also can be a bit of a barker when my humans leave, so I don’t think an apartment is the place for me. 

 

 

I'm so thankful for Allie's Haven for saving me, and for the love that my foster human gave me to get me healthy again, but it's time for me to find my own family. I can't wait to meet you and love you!!!
