Allie here,  I am a special girl with a special name around these parts.  I am really looking forward to finding a family to share my life with.  I had a rough start and landed in a really bad place and then I overheard them say that because I became sick while in the shelter I was out of time.  I was rescued while in this room called the euthanasia room whatever that means but it doesn't sound good.  A volunteer rushed me to the vet and I had an infected uterus which caused me to get a blood infections the veterinarian called Sepsis and was severely anemic and required a blood transfusion.  I spent 4 days hospitalized in the ICU at the animal ER.  When I was healthy enough I went to a foster home.  

Fast forward to today which I think its been 8 weeks or so in human time but I am 100% healed and back to my healthy self.  I am a real love bug that really loves to snuggle up on the couch with my hoomans.  I am potty trained and crate trained but don't really need a crate because I am a good girl.  My foster mom says that I have a pretty chill and even personality and not one of those hyper Labs that we have all seen.  lolol...  There are older kiddos here and other dogs which we all get along really well.  Its nice here but a home of my own would be the best thing in my life.
