Dakota is my name.  I am sure I had a name prior to being saved.  My family moved away and I was left behind in the backyard.  I was able to break out of my yard and the neighbors felt sorry for me and began to feed me.  I used to sleep under my house but my humans were just gone.  It was sad and I wasn't sure what was going to happen to me. I also had a little female issue and my lady parts were outside of my body so I needed surgery quick.  Thats when the kind neighbors started looking for someone like Allie's Haven Animal Rescue to save me.    You see, I am a really good girl and so grateful that I now have a second chance with a wonderful family.  I am already trained and my foster mom says I am very sweet and affectionate. She can tell that I love other dogs and is very active and playful.  Needs lots of attention and affection. Potty trained and will go in the crate if needed, but I leave her out now without any trouble. Beautiful girl!
