Yeah!!! I finally got a name and a safe place to hang out until my furever family meets and adopts me.  I am an adorable little chunky 4 month old Black Labrador Retriever.  My story is that I was found on the side of the road in a rural Texas city.  I ended up in this loud scary shelter and wasn't sure what was to come for me.  Anyhoo!   I went on a little roadie trip with a nice lady and then to the vet (doggie doctor) and got a great report card and some vaccines that I was not expecting a sharp needle stick.  OUCH!!!  

Now I am enjoying the good life in my foster home and learning my house manners, crating and potty training.  I really LOVE to play with the other dogs around here and I am SOOOOO happy all of the time.  Being a typical Lab, I love the water and am treat motivated.  

My foster mom says I am gonna be a big girl and I hope to find a family that is looking for a long lifetime of fun, hiking trips, lake trips or a nice home to enjoy with my people.  Of course another dog or 2 won't hurt either.  lol.
