My name is Elise and I am a little cutie pie.  I am 12 weeks old and a collie mix.  My foster mom says that I am a tough little toot because I was the runt of a big litter of 13 and was pretty sickly when first rescued.  I am now healthy, happy and love to play with the other dogs here in my foster home.
