My name is Eggo.  I am one handsome 3 year old purebred Yellow Labrador Retriever.  I was picked up by the shelter as a stray and my owners never came looking for me.  I am now here in the rescue and with a awesome foster home.  I do have heartworms and a tick borne disease but I am being treated which is why I can't start looking for a new home.  I must be healthy before that next step.  I am potty trained, crate trained, and walk petty well on leash.  I am good with all people and other dogs.  My foster mom found out that I already know "sit", "shake" and "down" command.  I am leaning to stay because if I see that front door open then its my chance to get free and roam which I should have learned that its not safe and I would get lost again.  My foster is training me to not do this anymore.  I sleep all night on my dog bed without making a peep.  I enjoy laying by the poolside and people and dog watch with my front paws crossed.
