Zuma was rescued from a hoarding situation in Stephenville, TX. We believe this handsome boy was the father of the super cute Tree Litter but don't worry he won't be fathering anymore puppies. lolol....

 

He had not been socialized previously but once he saw how good it felt to be loved he can’t get enough. He loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home and is catching on to what toys are and that they are so much fun! He also does well with cats.

 

Zuma is very smart and learns quickly. Having spent his young life on the streets he’s coming around to enjoy his crate and knows it’s a safe space. We’re working on basic training and manners — he has so much potential and is catching on to the good life very quickly.  He is still shy around smaller children so older children would be best for him.   

 

Zuma is a total love bug who even at 51 pounds thinks he’s a small lap dog.
