My name is Astra.  I am an adorable little Collie/Pointer mix puppy that was rescued after our owner was giving us away after our sweet momma was ran over by a car.  It was a sad day for us but I am so glad that we were able to come to Allie's Haven Animal Rescue and caught a private plane ride to DFW so we can get healthy and find amazing homes.  

I am now about 3 1/2 months old and weight 15lbs.  I am Black with White markings and my foster mom says I am smart and playful but also really loves to be held and cuddled. My foster says I like to play hard and nap hard! I really enjoy the good quality food I am getting now.  You can tell by my coat how pretty and soft I am getting.  

I would do well in a home where I will get to be active, play in a yard or to go on hiking trips.  I would be good around children, other dogs, and if raised with cats then I could like them too.
