Skipper is my name and I am quickly learning that I actually have a name.  I am a handsome purebred Yellow Labrador Retriever.   The shelter picked me up and just like that I was caught up in a South Texas overcrowded Jail.   Then before I knew it, I was breaking out and headed to Fort Worth on the transport bus.  It's been quite an experience but now I am safe in the arms of my Allie's Haven foster home.  

A little about me.  I am approximately 1year old and my foster family says they can't keep their hands off because my coat is so silky soft.  I am as innocent as any Lab could ever be.  Life is short so let's make the best of it.  I will find fun in happiness in everything I do.  I am hanging out with some foster brothers and sisters that are bigger then me.  Yes its possible but they like me so all is good.  My foster home says I am a total gentlemen and sleep all night without a peep. I am potty trained, crate trained and I don't even get on the furniture.  I would love to find a home with bigger dogs to play with me, older kids due to my size but no cats for me.  They look fun to chase, kinda like squirrels.
