Lesny is a beautiful 60lb Labrador/Hound mix with a deep Red coat. She was rescued from an over crowded shelter along with her one and only puppy Nessy. Lesny is about 3 years old and we don't know her history but we do know she is a shy dog that warms up quickly to new people. She enjoys playing with the other dogs in her foster home and also loves to snuggle up to her foster family and is good with cats. She is afraid of the leash but her foster home is going slow and working with her. She is doing great and learning that the leash isn't going to hurt her. She now goes on daily walks and is learning that the rescue life is great. Lesny loves to go for rides in the car. She would do best in a home with another dog to help her continue to gain confidence and feel safe. This girl deserves the best, patient and loving home.
