MEET CHANDLER! Perfection in dog form can be difficult to train and achieve, but even the shelter volunteers saw how naturally it came to Chandler and networked to save him. They got the attention of Allie's Haven, and we couldn't let this boy be euthanized just because he needed patellar ligament surgery. He had his surgery 4 weeks ago and is ready to find a family! At 2 years old, Chandler is around 35lb, and we think he is probably a spaniel mix. He doesn't bark but instead uses his big ears and waging tail to talk for him. Most of the time Chandler is letting you know just how excited he is to see you with biggest smiles and many tail wags. He loves making new dog friends and is known to give them lots of kisses on their noses. However, if he senses a dog doesn't like his loving approach, he leaves them alone. Aside from being the most loving boy, Chandler is 100% potty trained and completely nondestructive. He has been isolated to a crate and pen due to his surgery and hasn't barked or whined while he has been confined. His foster mom adores Chandler and is hoping he will find the best home because he truly deserves it. If you are prepared to give Chandler all the love, he'll give it right back to you.
