Riggins is a distinguished older gentleman that is approx 11 years young.  He found himself in a loud scary over crowded shelter.  It didn't take long before he was added to the Code Red list which means he wasn't going to make it out alive unless rescued.  Why did he make that list?  He is a senior dog that was heartworm positive and has Black dog syndrome.  He is now thriving in his foster home.  This boy is the easiest dog in town.  He is mellow, medium size dog that is great with many other dogs,  crates but doesn't need to be.  He has wonderful manners and is now a healthy and happy dog.  We believe he is a beagle mix but is quiet as a mouse.  He just wants a family to love him for the rest of his life.
