Meet Albert: an 8-year-old chocolate Labrador Retriever looking for his forever home.

Albert is potty trained, crate trained, and great with other dogs, cats, and everyone he meets. He loves daily walks and will do anything for a treat. His foster says he has impeccable indoor manners. Despite his age, Albert has a perfect energy level. He can snooze all day but still has plenty of pep, enjoying zoomies and playing fetch with the best of them.

Albert is a True Survivor with a story of resilience and triumph. This sweet boy was dumped on a dirt road near the Mexican border, a place where dogs often face unimaginable hardships. Attacked by a wild animal and plagued with intestinal parasites, heartworm and tick-borne diseases, Albert's start was rough. In spite of all he has been through, he remains the sweetest Lab out there. He's now fully recovered and has a 100% clean bill of health!
