Rowan is a 5-month-old Lab mix with a gorgeous chocolate coat and striking green eyes. Rowan is incredibly sweet and loves to cuddle, but he’s a bit timid in new environments. His foster family is helping him build confidence and learn the basics, preparing this gentle boy for a bright future in a loving forever home. He would thrive in a home that will continue to socialize him. His journey to safety was a close call, narrowly escaping euthanasia at a small South Texas shelter with his siblings, Scarlet and Felix. Please help this sweet boy find his forever home.
