Meet Hank – The Porch-Sitting, Cat-Loving Gentleman

Say hello to Hank, our sweet 8-year-old Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a few extra pounds he’s working on shedding (aren’t we all?). Hank came to us after his elderly owner could no longer care for him, and now he’s looking for a new family to share his golden years with.

This mellow guy is crate and potty trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and gets along wonderfully with everyone—dogs, cats, and even the random chicken or two. He’s especially fond of cats and is one of the gentlest souls you’ll ever meet.

Hank enjoys the simple pleasures in life: a cozy nap in the afternoon, a nice stroll around the neighborhood, and lounging on the porch like the wise old soul he is, watching the world go by. He’s got a calm presence that instantly brings peace to any home.
