Andy is an adorable 12 week old Border Collie puppy. He has been thru a lot in his short life. He was in the high kill shelter and has mange and was malnurished and then got an upper respiratory infection but he is all over that business and loving life in his foster home. He lives with other dogs and does great. Kids? Did you say kids?? Well he LOVES them. He plays house with the little humans in his foster home. He is one happy well behaved puppy that will be a great addition to your famliy.
