Cecil is a very handsome 3 year old Flat coat Retriever mix.  He had an owner at one time but sadly he lived his entire life outside in the backyard and was ignored.  Cecil was surrendered to rescue because they did not have time for him.   He was removed from that backyard and is learning finally how to be an inside member of a family.  He is very sweet and forgiving.  Cecil is a quick learner and is working on confidence.  He is nearly potty trained and crates.  He does well with other dogs but unsure of cats.  He would do well in a calmer home with older children and other dogs.
