VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Allie's Haven Animal Rescue is dedicated to our mission of saving dogs and cats across Texas and giving them the 2nd chances they have always deserved! To continue our work, we rely on a dedicated team of volunteers that choose to come together to change these animals' lives. Our volunteers are the backbone of our organization's daily operations, and we could always use more of them! There are so many areas to volunteer in. So, if you have a talent and are a driven individual looking to learn or help, we would love to have you!

We’re looking for volunteers in the following areas:  

  • Photographer for events and foster homes. A photo of an animal can make or break their chances of being adopted.
  • Transportation! Our fosters sometimes get busy and an extra set of wheels always helps.
  • Computer savvy individuals to help us format the site, post on social media, organize files, etc.
  • Social Butterflies; volunteers for fundraising and special events!
  • Writers who are great at telling a story about our pups and kittens to market them. Professional writing volunteers are also important for when we're applying for grants.
  • Structured and organized individuals, we have a structured application process that helps verify our dogs and cats are going to the best homes.
  • ...and so many more areas!

Volunteering for Allie's Haven has brought many together, creating lasting friendships that were all built on a common passion for animals! We hope you'll consider joining the team and, best of all, helping us save the lives of more cats and dogs across Texas.
