My name is Jasper and I am one wicked smart Border Collie.  I am a young well mannered guy that is about a year old.  My foster mom says I am so smart for a stray and know my basic commands.  I am very focused on what you want from me and will work hard to impress you so I can get one of those yummy treats.  I am friendly with everyone I meet, love other dogs and have a great respect for cats.  I am good on leash and potty trained and crate trained.
